So in total, over the past off and on 4 - 5 months of having a healthier lifestyle I have lost about 15 - 18 pounds. Wow. That’s actually kinda a lot. That’s not all I need to lose, but that puts a good dent in it. If I hadn’t changed a few months ago that 15 pounds would probably have been gained instead
This is super motivation to continue. I didn’t make any dramatic changes where I feel like I’m totally missing out or anything. I just decided that McDonald’s shouldn’t be my main source of food, and that on those days off I have I could go to the gym instead of watching that marathon of a tv show.
I am very content right now. I have almost undone all the damage I have done to my body over the past 2 years, and now I can start working towards the body I’ve wanted but never had the motivation to work for.
